This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The purpose of this position is to help the company communicate the value we bring to our clients and the community through a passion for marketing. Selling the brand by being a social media expert and investing time and energy into growing the team’s marketing presence Elite Austin is a fast-paced design company specializing in home staging, furniture rental, and design services. As marketing coordinator, you will work with the management, operations, and design departments to develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and day-to-day marketing efforts. As part of a growing business, your responsibilities may grow and evolve based on your strengths and our changing needs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions including social media, graphic design, advertising, and branding. An eye for design is ideal and photography + video skills is a major plus. • Full-Time, M-F, 8:30 am - 5 pm (schedule somewhat flexible, occasionally will need to attend a marketing event during evening / on weekend) • Paid holidays & vacation time • Health, dental & vision insurance • Pay: Dependent on experience. Please make sure your cover letter includes: To apply, please submit your resume and copy cover letter as indicated. • Why you feel you would be a good fit for this position • Pay requirements • Available start date *Please follow our application process and do not call our office directly.  Responsibilities: Some of the below responsibilities may be on hold during COVID-19; we are constantly pivoting and adapting and looking for someone with the same mindset. • Come up with creative marketing ideas for video, blogs, social media and mailers. • Responsible to perfect, maintain and enforce the team’s Marketing Plan Calendar. • Manage online presence and social media sites • Responsible for building and executing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and more to help expand the brand • Basic website maintenance • Manage Google Ad Word Campaigns grow SEO • Create copy for social media, website and marketing materials • Manage our photo files • Establish marketing, prospecting and internet lead generation plans • Organize and plan multiple educational courses and business mixers throughout the year • Responsible for the creativity and advancement of team’s marketing strategies and materials • Oversee the overall branding experience • Create niche/specialized marketing campaigns • Manage our marketing materials - create new graphic design materials • Work closely with design department to implement proper designer lingo and gather content • Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation • Create execute social media plan including content, with a specific focus on taking our social media to another level, adding an authentic voice, and implementing video social media • Work with our website developer on website refreshes • Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists • Build relationships with the key industry related associations and participate in events • Create and maintain our blog and newsletter to build our credibility and attract our target audience • Execute email campaigns • Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data • Stay informed about the market, industry trends and competitive landscape • Communicate marketing objectives, timelines, and deliverables to management team, and provide instructions for use or promotion • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success • Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed • Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team Qualifications: Elite Austin will only consider high energy and high integrity people for our team. We are looking for the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: • Prefer a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, graphic design or communications • At least 2 years of professional setting experience is preferred. • Must have experience in social media, internet marketing and search engine optimization. • Past experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing; graphic design skills a plus • Ability to identify with people and build long term professional relationships • Strong attention to detail with proven organizational abilities; ability to prioritize and excellent time management/project management skills • Must be assertive and passionate • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, visual and presentation • Strong planning and organizational skills, process management and a self-starter. • Must perform many tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with Apple products, and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite • Positive attitude, action-oriented executor; ability to think outside of the box and problem solve effectively efficiently • Professional appearance • Must always be willing to learn Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
