Elite Child Development Academy is looking for an energetic, friendly, and professional front desk team member. Must have experience with computers and be at ease using different software, able to multitask, comfortable on the phone, and have great people skills! Sales experience is a bonus but not required. Seeking highly motivated individuals who are pro-active, team players, and have what we call, the "it" factor!
Work in a professional, yet fun atmosphere with friendly staff – not looking for a desk sitter, must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic.
Administrative duties: updating spreadsheets or documents, inputting information into a database, email responses, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Phone skills: professional and personable answering phone calls and returning calls.
Sales: contacting prospective clients and answering questions regarding programs and classes, handling clients in person and setting trial appointments, selling memberships as well as retail items.
Client accounts: managing membership changes, billing questions, and tracking attendance.
Professional and personable interaction with members and other staff.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of front desk as well as an overall club (restrooms, changing rooms, equipment, and other areas).
Requirments
1 year of administrative experience or education
Customer service experience
Sales experience a plus
Must have reliable transportation
Team player
Self-starter
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
Organizational and problem-solving skills
Reliable, responsible, and honest
Computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with different software)
Spanish Speaking
Adobe Photoshop is a bonus, not required
Health and fitness knowledge a plus, not required
