Your Role: As a Client Service Associate you will be the face of our organization - providing a world class level of excellent service to our discerning clientele. This role demands a self-starter with the initiative to problem solve, and address clients concerns proactively. We seek an individual with more than just financial acumen - we are looking for someone with a friendly demeanor, an analytical outlook, and a strong desire to excel in the world of Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities include:
Assisting clients both in person and over the phone; handling various customer service inquiries.
Processing account forms / documents with precision and efficiency
Provide technical support and address inquiries regarding our various cutting-edge offerings.
Study and prepare to take the Series 7 Exam
Desired Qualifications and Attributes:
Experience with MS office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Bachelor's Degree (Business or Communications preferred)
Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and oral)
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and our clients
Professional, confident, and positive demeanor that stands out!
