The Role

We’re hiring Elite Closers who thrive on cold leads. This is not for the timid or inexperienced. We need hunters — people who can build trust fast, overcome objections, and close deals in high-pressure conversations.

You’ll be given all the tools and direction you need to find leads and close sales, but it’s up to you to execute. There will be no micromanaging — your results will speak for themselves.

Special Opportunity: Foundation Team

The first eight Elite Closers we hire will be part of the foundation of Underdog Capital Society. These closers will have the unique chance to scale alongside the Founder and CEO, gaining access to leadership-level involvement as the company grows.

Every closer we hire after these first eight will remain in a closer role only — meaning this is a rare chance to lock yourself into a growth-track position at the ground floor.

What You Get

• 20% commission (much higher than industry standard).

• Paid weekly (earn fast, not monthly). Each sale you make is $500 commission and your quota is 10 sales per month. Starting at $5k per month.

• Remote flexibility – work from anywhere.

• Autonomy – no micromanaging, you run your desk.

• Luxury treatment – top performers will be rewarded and recognized.

• iPhone 15 provided after one month of strong performance (your official business phone).

• Performance bonuses:

• Meet baseline (10+ sales in your first month) → $1,000 bonus.

• Exceed 20 sales in one month → $5,000 bonus.

• Monthly Celebrations – Once a month, we’ll celebrate the top salesperson (could be a trip, party, or another exclusive event).

• All-Expenses-Paid Team Travel – If the Founder needs everyone together in person, flights and hotel costs will be fully covered.

What We Expect

• Proven track record in sales (minimum 2+ years of closing experience).

• Cold lead confidence – no fear of rejection, you know how to hunt.

• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to prospects’ needs.

• Self-motivated, driven, and disciplined without needing babysitting.

• Willingness to push through a startup environment where everything is being built at once.

Required to Apply:

• Proof of your past closings and earnings.

• At least one professional reference who can vouch for your sales ability (we don’t care why you left your last job, we just need to know you can close and be profitable).

Performance Standards

• Quota: 10 sales per month (baseline).

• Trial Month Policy:

• If you fall short by 3 sales or less, you’ll be given one more month to prove yourself.

• If you fall short by more than 3 sales, your contract will end.

This role is for closers who want to be part of something big, not order-takers.
