The Data Entry Clerk will liaise with and follow up with employees within the company as well as with customers to collect information. The Data Entry Clerk will capture the data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner. You will identify and correct errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.

    Salary range: $39000 - $49000 per year.Responsibilities:

    Type in data provided directly from customers.

    Review and update existing data.

    Organize system backups on a regular basis to ensure data preservation.

    Perform verification of data by comparing it to source documents.

    Prepare spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.

    Move data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards٫ data recorders or optical scanners.

    Collect data from the database or electronic files as requested.

    Manage paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Experience working on a Data Entry Clerk position is a plus.

    Good practical experience with word processing tools and spreadsheets such as MS Office Word٫ Excel and so on.

    Basic knowledge of touch typing system and database management tools.

    Fast typing skills with close attention to detail.

    Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
