AVERAGE COMMISSION IS $1,000 - $3,000 PER APPOINTMENT SET AND CLOSED.
$300 PER QUALIFIED APPOINTMENT SET ON DOORS.
OUR AVERAGE OUTREACH REP SETS 5-10 QUALIFIED APPOINTMENTS A WEEK. A REP THAT CAN SET 5 QUALIFIED APPOINTMENTS RECEIVES $1,500 FOR THE QUALIFIED APPOINTMENTS & MINIMUM $4,500 IF EACH QUALIFIED APPOINTMENT IS CLOSED BY THE SALES MANAGER.

Our central office is in North Haven where we have trainings and weekly meetings ,but this position does require going to different neighborhoods all over CT or in your area.
Elite Energy Consultants is looking for a "HUNTER" SALES PERSON who has the entrepreneurial spirit, and is able to make cold calls with phone but MOSTLY KNOCK ON DOORS, to setup qualified meetings. Your main priority will be to knock doors and/or utilize your network to set up appointments with clients so that our sales managers can then educate that client on the pro's of going solar .
We provide our outreach reps the best pay in the industry with a commission split if the appointment is closed by the Solar Pro along with an upfront payment for qualified appointments.
THIS OPPORTUNITY IS NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART, i will be honest when i say the position itself is not easy, but it is also not very hard if you can talk to people, have an outgoing personality and understand how to overcome objections within sales 101. We provide extensive training and will always be there to mentor you as well as help you in anything you need in order to become successful within this industry.
SALES EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT NECESSARY , THE MOST IMPORTANT QUALITY A PERSON SHOULD HAVE TO SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION IS DRIVE AND THE HUSTLE.
