Territory Sales Representative
We are currently seeking an excellent Outside Sales Representative who can develop a sales strategy and build and expand buyer relationships to achieve sales goals. You’ll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our solutions to new prospects and current customers. Responsibilities: Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points As a part of our sales team, you will: • Work with the homeowner to educate them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims • Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service • Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership • Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily Qualifications: Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines Proven track record in sales Things you have: • ️Excellent interpersonal communication skills • ️Ability to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success • ️ No insurance, construction, or exterior restoration experience is required; extensive training is provided • ️Prior customer service experience is encouraged • ️Valid Driver's License and comfortable on a residential roof Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ yearly
