    We have seen such immense success over the past few years because we work together with our clients and law enforcement to educate the youth of our community in an effort to prevent drug and alcohol use. Our Nonprofit Customer Success Manager (CSM) has one goal in mind. That goal is to educate at least one community member per day and help them make more conscious decisions to live a healthier and happier lifestyle!

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Educate community members on our mission to reduce drugs, violence, and bullying in our local communities
    • Attend in-person and virtual meetings to increase knowledge on anti-drug, violence, and crime reduction initiatives
    • Provide support to families and community members
    • Build and maintain positive working relationships with the clients, consumers, and fellow team members
    • Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow [POSITION NAME] team members to increase awareness
    • Establish positive, supportive relationships with the community and provide feedback to senior management
    • Responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management, as well as communicating all marketing requirements through company provided forms

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 1-2 years of experience in law enforcement, community relations, administration, or community outreach
    • Compassionate and understanding
    • Passion for giving back to the community and volunteering
    • Bilingual is a PLUS
    • Strong interest in reducing violence, bullying, and drug abuse
    • Drive to assist our young generation in developing a healthier and happier life for themselves and piers
    • Ability to public speak and present our mission with confidence and professionalism
    • Demonstrate the ability to use persuasive communication, leadership, and relationship-building

    This role involves in-person fundraising activities for local non-profits
