    Job Description

    Territory Manager/Outside Sale Representative Onboarding Training Provided. Company Vehicle. Base plus potential for commission * An ideal candidate for this position is someone with experience in real estate sales and networking experience. Someone that will need to be shown the framework of our systems/processes and is self motivated. A professional who has experience conducting public presentations and network marketing. Someone driven to provide results. Base Salary- 50-65k plus commission (Monthly commission range $500-$1500 after meeting minimum quota) We are the largest privately owned home inspection company in North America. We are a fast growing team that also specializes in home, mold, termite, commercial, sewer camera, and roofing inspections. This is an exciting, fun, and growth orientated place to work. Real estate knowledge/sales experience is a plus. A Territory Manager is responsible for increasing market share growth through developing meaningful and lasting relationships with real estate professionals. Territory Managers are also required to listen to their clients and offer guidance and feedback pertaining to the daily operations of the business. This candidate has a positive mental attitude and is focused on growing the company numbers through developing relationships, public presentations, and persistent follow up. This individual uses leverage and unique value propositions to position the company as an authority in the field and connect realtors with solutions for Home, Commercial, Sewer, Termite, and Mold inspections. Description- Territory Managers (TM) are excellent outside sales representatives that grow the business through developing relationships face to face with potential business partners. The TM goes physically into their territory and attends meetings, networking events to meet agents and follows up with agents to stay top of mind. TMs are required to give basic presentations for 2-5 minutes and can learn other 1 hour long training sessions that provide value to the real estate industry. Skills needed- * Ability to effectively present company Unique Selling Propositions at office meetings in front of groups of people * Ability to self manage * Ability to develop relationships with realtors, brokers, managers, owners and other influencers in the real estate industry. * Ability to adapt to customer and agent challenges * Ability to connect and adapt to customer personality types * Ability to effectively communicate aspects in the home inspection and real estate industry * Ability to solve issues and willingness to follow through until the job is complete * Ability to maintain a positive attitude * Ability to show patience, sympathy, and empathy for customer concerns * Ability to schedule, confirm, and show up early to real estate office meetings. Hourly (Dependent upon Experience) plus commission Daily Tasks * Developing relationships with real estate agents, managers and brokers. * Delivering Marketing materials to real estate offices * Deliver short presentations about the benefits of The Elite Group Property Inspections. * Deliver education 1 hour presentations. * Email follow up to prospective clients. * Phone calls to new prospective clients. * Follow up phone calls with all new agents that referred business (Scripting Available). * Sending portal links to agents. * Handwritten cards to new agents. * Inputting office information and new contact information into CRM.
