Responsibilities: • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close Qualifications: • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Interest in/working toward an active Texas Real Estate Sales Agent License Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
