    Job Description

    PART TIME- 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

    HR Assistant $16.00-$17.00 (must be bilingual, English and Spanish, able to read and write documents in both languages). High energy and ability to motivate others.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

    • Follow up with daily tracking reports 
    • Maintains all safety standards and ensures adherence to them 
    • Supports staff with miscellaneous functions and responsibilities 
    • Full Cycle recruitment, post job ads, screen applicants, scheduled interviews, conduct phone and video interviews, schedule orientations, hiring events, stay in contact with current partners/ Agencies and Network 
    • Preparation of new hire packets  
    • Schedule and participate in training and meetings as needed 
    • Check in and out staff as needed 
    • Track and monitor attendance and disciplinary actions 
    • Assist with creating, updating and maintaining HR templates and forms 
    • Assist with photo copying and filing as needed 
    • Complete any tasks requested by Human Resource Manager
    • Assist with other projects as needed

     

     

     

    PART TIME- 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM 

    Accounting Assistant (Bookkeeper) $16.00-$17.00 

    The Accountant Assistant is responsible for daily activities related to, banking, general ledger, and accounts receivable, accounts payable. The Accounting Assistant also prepares a variety of monthly account reconciliations, performs fund analysis, and updates various financial records and reports.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for multiple aspects of the Accounts Receivable process.

    • Responsible for general ledger interfaces, journal entry preparation, and updating of financial records.

    • Check and process Mail daily

    • Scan and attach customer and vendor bills.

    • Account Reconciliations

    • Research and respond to questions from internal and external customers.

    • Prepare and interpret account information and effectively produce reports and analysis to support the business.

    • Other Miscellaneous quarter-end accounting function.

    • Maintains existing and develops new desk procedures, and other duties as assigned.
