Elite Heath and Fitness is looking for a part time Member Service Representative The Member Services Representative will manage the front desk and all customer inquiries and expectations. The perfect candidate will be able to multitask an array of varying tasks including the selling of memberships and shake bar while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:

• Must be reliable and have transportation• Providing exceptional customer service to all members and guests• Processing point of sale transactions• Processing member requests (account freezes, upgrades, downgrades, membership deactivation, billing and contact changes, etc..)• Answering phones• Problem solving• Working shake bar (cleaning, stocking, serving)• Assisting with signing up new members.

Requirements:

Must be friendly, outgoing, computer savvy, very capable of multi-tasking, punctual, and dependable. Availability days or work nights and weekends. : Please do not apply if you cannot meet this requirement.

Required education:

• High school or equivalent
