    Elite Sports Performance & Physical Therapy, with locations in Foxboro & Stoughton, is currently seeking a part-time Sports Performance Coach/Personal Trainer to join our growing team. Key responsibilities include:

    Provide high quality, evidence-based strength, conditioning, agility, power and speed training and coaching to a variety of clients of all ages but with a particular focus on athletes ranging from ages 10-22.

    Assess clients using the Functional Movement Screen and other assessment and testing tools.

    Design individual and group training programs for a variety of athletes and adult clients.

    Assist in marketing Elite’s services both at our Sports Performance Centers and at community outreach events.

    Serve as a professional, positive, knowledgeable, and inspiring role model to our athletes and clients.

    Work cooperatively as a member of an experienced, dynamic team of trainers, coaches, and physical therapists to provide the best possible training environment for our athletes.

    Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate has a BS in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Physical Education, Health Sciences, or Athletic Training and/or a current accredited certification as a Personal Trainer or Strength & Conditioning Specialist.

    Current CSCS certification is preferred but not required.

    Current CPR/first aid certification required.

    Previous athlete training experience is a plus and a passion for training and sports performance enhancement is a MUST.

    Previous baseball or ice hockey experience or experience training baseball or ice hockey players is also a PLUS.

    Previous experience with TeamBuildr application is a plus.

    Hours: Must be able to work afternoons and evenings (i.e. 3 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (Saturday mornings) during the academic year. (Additional morning hours may be available during the summer training season). As we continue to grow our Sports Performance programs, this position also has the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate.
