Responsibilities: • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process • Making outbound calls, communicating via email, and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction Qualifications: • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate, or related experience is highly desired • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments Compensation: $65,000 yearly
