    Job Description

    We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator / Content Creation / Customer Service rep to join our team! You will be responsible for managing, creating and posting interesting, creative and high quality, relevant content to our clients social media accounts. Thjs is an in house position (will consider combination of in house/remote).

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
    • Create and manage a regular and efficient publishing schedule.
    • Development and implement innovative social media marketing campaigns and strategies.
    • Leverage the right tools/software to manage your content and postings
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience with social media coordination/management a must
    • Excellent writing and language skill to create unique and high quality content.
    • Graphic design capabilities a must.
    • Demonstrate strong creative writing abilities
    • Passion for social media and internet blogging
    • Must be familiar with most social media platforms
