    Operations Coordinators are responsible for organizing and assisting in daily workflow and communication for multiple parking operations throughout the Southeast and Midwest United States from the company headquarters in Jacksonville, FL. You will be expected to master with minimal supervision as you develop while fitting with Elite's Vision and Core Values.

    • Ticket Reconciliations
    • Welcome all customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
    • Assist customers with needs as requested (by phone and through remote applications)
    • Monitoring a camera system
    • Filtering communication from management to front line staff
    • Monitoring parking equipment from a centralized command center
    • Communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers as needed
    • Perform duties that require working on a computer
    • Possess the ability to multi-task
    • Submit daily logs and reports

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

    • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced rapidly changing work environment
    • Maintain a flexible schedule to meet operational needs
    • Ability to read, count and write accurately to complete documentation
    • Basic mathematical skills
    • Effectively communicate verbally and nonverbally (position requires answering incoming phone calls and interacting with intercom systems
    • Able to work with a team and provide guidance to other staff members
    • Ability to assess operational situations and take the best course of action to assist with challenges and resolve customer service issues
    • Ability to assist field staff and coordinate operational efforts remotely.

    KEY QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

    • Verifiable High School/Trade School Diploma or GED
    • Must be 21 years of age or older
    • Must possess a valid Driver's License with no more than three (3) points
    • Previous customer service experience preferred
    • Documented prior experience to establish competency in duties performed and use of required equipment
    • Ability to operate a manual transmission
    • Ability to pass a background investigation
    • Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screening
