We are currently seeking a qualified Personal Trainer who can deliver an exceptional training experience while thriving in a relationship-driven, sales-supported environment. The right candidate understands that coaching is equal parts programming, connection, and communication.

As an AF Personal Trainer, you will design and deliver safe, effective training for a wide range of members while actively engaging prospects, building trust with current members, and promoting training services that drive real results.

Responsibilities

Lead 1:1 and small group

Design individualized programs and deliver structured workouts

Motivate and support members at all fitness levels

Generate training interest through member engagement and outreach

Follow up with leads, schedule consultations, and close training sales

Promote programming and contribute to member retention
