 THIS IS A LONG-TERM TEMPORARY POSITION THAT WILL BE WORKING FROM HOME

Top tech firm is looking for a temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist their company with a variety of A/R tasks.  The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for collecting payments and communicating with customers related to billing concerns/updates, or payment disputes.  This role will also track payments and make banking deposits along with reconciling bank statements.  This is a temporary role that will start as a WFH job and could become permanent once the company staff returns to the Los Angeles office.

Experience performing AR tasks for a SaaS company 

Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, and/or SaasOptics a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to customer billing inquiries Execute company deposits Generating invoice copies and account statements Help keep customer billing information updated in our accounting system Reconcile bank statements JOB QUALIFICATIONS: ●     3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience ●     General knowledge of bank reconciliations and accepting customer payments/deposits ●     Proficiency in Excel ●     Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills ●     Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, and/or SaasOptics  We will consider for employment, qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements for the State of California Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
