Job DescriptionEdit Elite Racing is a friendly and competitive running team. We compete at the national, regional, and local levels in cross country, track and field, and trail running. Elite Racing provides a team-oriented, structured training environment for athletes of many abilities. Our running development program is designed to help athletes become better runners by focusing on proper running form and technique, strengthening major running muscles, agility and balance drills, first step explosion, lengthening stride, improved reaction time, and acceleration. The club is a designated USATF running club. USATF Membership Required USATF Safe Sport Certification and Finger Printing Required 1 Year Coaching experience in cross country running/track and field events OR 4 years experience in XC/T&F event(s) CPR/AED Certification Private Liability Insurance
