We’re seeking 3rd Party Collection Agents to join our dynamic and growing team.

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Debt Collections or equal experience with negotiations, cold calling and sales.

Experience with consumer communications via email and outbound calls.

Role and Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with FDCPA and Reg F regulations.

Facilitate 150+ outbound calls daily.

Analyze account details, instruct consumers on payment plans, and negotiate settlements professionally.

Utilize innovative approaches to optimize collection efficiency.

Maintain detailed and organized account records.

Utilize email and text communication features effectively.

Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of collections practices and procedures.

Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed monthly and yearly collection goals.

Superior communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in call centers, customer service, and cold calling.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Strong computer skills and data analysis capabilities.

Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.

Excellent phone etiquette skills.
