Elite was founded in 2013 with the mission to provide roofers with an independent distributor knowledgeable in both commercial and residential roofing. Our headquarters is in Phoenix, AZ, and we currently have 19 branches spread across Arizona, California, Colorado, Louisiana, Missouri, New Mexico and Texas, with more on the way!

INSIDE COUNTER SALES REPRESENTATIVE

An Inside Sales Representative is a very important role as it is often the first contact a customer, or potential customer, has with Elite Roofing Supply. In addition to helping meet and exceed sales objectives, inside counter sales associates are responsible for assisting customers with the products and/or services they need, handling inbound calls, quoting jobs, assisting with ensuring customer orders are properly scheduled for delivery, and multi-tasking all while maintaining a professional image.

RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS

• MUST HAVE ROOFING PRODUCTS EXPERIENCE. (DISTRIBUTION OR CONTRACTOR)
• Demonstrated years of experience being successful working in a client-focused and results-driven environment.
• A fearless innovator consistently introducing new ideas and demonstrating original thinking.
• A relationship builder – the ability to immediately build rapport with almost anyone.
• A curious, positive outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management, planning and organization skills.
• Ability to respond to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow direction and work under minimal supervision.
• Excellent Computer and Math Skills.
• Ability to proactively measure inventory and report to management what products are in high demand. (what products don’t sell)
• Purchase materials as needed with manager approval.
• Work with vendors as needed.
