    Elite Sales Closer | Inbound Leads

    Guardian Tax is looking for motivated sales professionals who are confident communicators, strong relationship builders, and driven by results.

    This is an opportunity to join a growing team where you'll work with 100% inbound leads from individuals already seeking assistance with tax debt and IRS-related challenges. No cold calling. No prospecting. You'll focus your time on understanding client needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

    As a Sales Closer, you'll play a key role in helping clients understand their options while building a successful sales career with high earning potential.

    What You'll Do

    • Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief services
    • Build rapport and create trust throughout the sales process
    • Understand each client's situation and identify the best available options
    • Clearly explain solutions and guide clients through their decisions
    • Handle questions and objections with confidence
    • Follow up with prospects and manage active opportunities
    • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

    Compensation & Benefits

    • 15% commission on closed deals
    • Average monthly earnings: $7,000–$13,000
    • Top performers earn $15,000–$24,000+ per month
    • Daily, weekly, and monthly performance bonuses

    What We're Looking For

    • 1+ year of phone sales experience required
    • Strong communication and closing abilities
    • Ability to guide conversations and overcome objections
    • Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound conversations
    • Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset

    • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
    • One half-day Saturday per month
