NOC/Desktop Specialist:

Elite Technology Solutions Group is looking for an experienced technician with the following job qualifications:

· Great Customer Skills

· Windows 10 Desktop Experience

· Mac Desktop Experience

· Troubleshooting Experience

o Desktops

o Basic Networking

o Basic Understanding of Servers/Active Directory

· Great Team Skills

· Must Communicate with Vendors

DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS:

Your primary focus will be working in our NOC on the help desk which consists of answering client calls and working tickets. You will also be assigned tickets to install PCs for clients as the need arises. There is room to grow your skills and learn more about technology including server work, networking and security.
