Job brief:
16:00 to Midnight or Midnight to 08:00 Shifts
An entry level Logistics Account Coordinator provides superior customer service that supports our operations team. You will use our innovative technology to monitor, track, and update load statuses. We will look to you to help further establish and uphold our brand as we strive to continue to innovate industry standards and enhance service levels further.
Utilize multiple systems to help support daily business operations
Track and trace shipments from pickup to delivery, providing up to date details in transportation management system
Provide superior customer service to carriers and clients
Responsible for handling 75 – 100 calls/emails daily
Communicate and handle email requests effectively with internal and external business partners
Utilize problem solving skills effectively through all avenues of communication
Foster teamwork mentality to support continuous improvement in the organization
Uphold professionalism in the workplace
