We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Health Insurance Agent to serve as a Compliance Specialist in our Kendall, FL call center. This vital role involves addressing and resolving compliance issues during the application submission process to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Monitor the submission of health insurance applications by call center and field agents. • Identify, investigate, and resolve compliance issues and inaccuracies in application submissions. • Contact customers to correct errors or complete necessary adjustments to facilitate application processing. • Maintain thorough knowledge of health insurance policies, compliance requirements, and updates. • Provide support and guidance to agents to ensure adherence to industry regulations and company standards. Qualifications: • Licensed Health Insurance Agent in Florida. • Proven experience in a call center environment. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
