HANDLING CUSTOMER APPLICATION PROCESS
CUSTOMER RESOLUTION
ASSISTING WITH ACCOUNT BALANCE AND INQUIRIES QUALIFICATIONS
ABILITY TO PASS SCREENING ASSESSMENTS
CUSTOMER SERVICE, TYPING, AND MICROSOFT WORD
ABILITY TO HANDLE HIGH-VOLUME PHONE
WILLING TO CONSENT TO A CLIENT BACKGROUND CHECK.
PAY RATE: $12-$15
SHIFT DETAILS:
MONDAY - FRIDAY; FULL TIME, PART TIME (SUNDAY AND SATURDAY AVAILABLE)
TRAINING HOURS : 8:00 AM TO 12:00 PM (EST)
9:00 AM TO 1:00 PM (EST)
6:00 PM TO 10:00 PM (EST)
