ECOMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We are seeking a results-oriented ecommerce customer service representative. The ideal candidate will be analytical, resourceful, creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative. Someone who can multi-task and add valuable input on team projects. This candidate must be technically skilled in customer service best practices, Excel report analysis, be able to work well independently, and meet tight deadlines.
We are a fast fashion ecommerce platform that focuses on fast responding supply chain and on point styling. Founded in 2019, the company offers a comprehensive selection of the latest fashion product.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responding to inbound calls, email and live chat in a timely and thoughtful manner
· Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
· Fast learner that can master the company's line of products, software platforms, and common issues
· Working between multiple web apps to enter, pull, and assess customer information
· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
· Respond to customer inquiries through social media platforms
· Receive and process returns
· Respond to customer/merchant disputes and chargebacks
· Track customer orders and information requests
· Communicating with fulfillment to research and resolve customer order issues
· Resolve all fulfillment issues pertaining to customer orders
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum 1 -2 years’ solid customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce setting
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Comfortable working with computers and web-based applications
· Experience with customer support systems
· Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platform is an asset
· Background in successfully handling a high volume of work in a professional setting
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Experience with selling best practices and techniques preferred
· Ability to represent the company with an upbeat, friendly, clear, and professional presence
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English
PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS
Sitting required 90% of the time. Walking and standing required 5% of the time respectively. No heavy lifting required. Constant working on a computer
EQUIPMENT USED
Standard office and computer equipment including MS Office software.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Open office environment with minimal exposure to the environment or health hazards
