    Calling all Athletic Trainer's or Exercise Physiologist's you won't want to miss this opportunity to join the HealthFitness Injury Prevention Team as an INJURY PREVENTION COORDINATOR at our client site in ANNA, OH. As the Coordinator you will develop, coordinate, and evaluate programs focused on the prevention of work related injuries, physical conditioning, and employee education and wellness within the manufacturing environment.  This is done in collaboration with the Client’s employee healthcare teams, Plant Safety as well as other Client employee health-related departments.

    WORK SCHEDULE 5:30AM-2PM*

     

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

    • Conducts employee injury prevention programs, education and training.
    • Leads the development and implementation of interventions/programs focused on the manufacturing environment to meet client objectives. 
    • Assists employee healthcare teams with job function assessment, incident investigation and care management. 
    • Collect and evaluate program data to support ROI process, manages and reports data for their assigned plant.
    • Develop, promote and market wellness and general education programs.
    • Other duties as needed/assigned.

     

    WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU: 

    REQUIRED:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Exercise Science or related field.
    • 2+ years’ experience in health and fitness.
    • Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.
    • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands.
    • Demonstrated skill in program development, implementation, marketing and promotion.
    • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
    • Will be required to follow any current or future site COVID-19 vaccination policies including but not limited to proof of vaccination, weekly testing, etc.

      

    PREFERRED:

    • Personal Training certification from ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, NSCA, or NETA.
    • Understanding of Biomechanics and Occupational Safety.
    • Work experience in a clinical environment (occupational therapy, physical therapy, cardiac rehab, nursing).

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or relevant, equivalent experience.
    • 6+ years experience as an Account Director or Account Supervisor in a full service agency
    • Possess a thorough understanding of the overall media environment in addition to the Client(s) industry and business
    • A strong account management background, including past experience managing client accounts and supervising account teams
    • Proven leadership abilities and managerial experience as a disciplined team leader. Strong coaching and mentoring skills
    • Great relationship building qualities
    • Experience identifying superior business building opportunities
    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently
    • Strong attention to detail
    • A strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done quickly and with high quality
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with people at all levels of an organization
