    SUMMARY OF OVERALL PURPOSE

     

    SR. MARKETING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEFINING A PROJECT INTAKE PROCESS TO MANAGE THE INTERNAL SCHEDULING OF CREATIVE DESIGN WORKING WITH DEMAND MANAGERS AND BUSINESS PARTNERS.  THIS ROLE WILL MANAGE EFFECTIVE SCHEDULING OF WORK AND CLARITY OF INTAKE TO ENSURE ACHIEVABLE WORKLOADS, OPEN LINES OF COMMUNICATION AND ANY NEEDED SHIFTS OF PRIORITIES. THE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST INTERFACES WITH VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS TO MOVE PROJECTS ALONG ON BEHALF OF THE TEAM AND PROJECT REQUESTORS, SEEKS ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS ON BEHALF OF BOTH PARTIES, CAN ANTICIPATE AND TROUBLESHOOT PROJECT SCHEDULING RISKS AND COLLABORATES TO LEAD ALL TOWARD EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS. WILL PROVIDE QUALITY ASSURANCE TO ENSURE PROJECT REQUESTS ARE COMPLETED TIMELY AND TIMELINES ARE CURRENT.  WILL PROVIDE REPORTING UPDATES, STATUS, AND COMPLETION OF JOBS IN PROCESS TO EACH MARKETING TEAM. THE ROLE ALSO INCLUDES MANAGING PRINT EXECUTION, FILE MANAGEMENT/TAGGING, ADVERTISING PLACEMENTS, VENDOR PROCUREMENT/MANAGEMENT, BUDGETING, VENDOR PAYMENTS, AND ASSISTING WITH UPDATES TO BUSINESS UNIT MARKETING BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLANS.

     

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Researches specialty items | | | for storefront and experiential | | | events. Issues purchase orders to | | | vendors as needed. Acts as the key | | | liaison managing/interfacing with | | | (Enterprise Vendor Management) EVM, | | | legal, security, IT, and procurement | | | teams to onboard and pay vendors, | | | including facilitating statements of | | | work and negotiating business terms | | | and budget along with other | | | management team partners. Manages | | | accounts payable tasks, helps | | | reconcile invoices and expenses and | | | drafting annual budgets.
