PATH's Global Total Rewards Director is a worldwide position that provides leadership and guidance in developing, maintaining, and delivering compensation systems and benefits programs.
The Total Rewards (TR) Director reports to the Chief People and Diversity Officer and is part of PATH’s Global HR Leadership team. The TR Director will design, implement, and lead PATH’s global benefits, wellness, compensation programs, and change management focusing on attracting and retaining talent in all markets where PATH operates. This role manages a team of talented professionals and partners with program leaders and HRBPs around the world.
