  • Responsibilities

    An Office Assistant, or Administrative Assistant, is responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in an office setting. Their duties include sorting and distributing mail throughout the office, greeting office visitors and directing them to employees and coordinating with Managers to schedule appointments or update schedules.

    Responsibilities:

    • Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
    • Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
    • Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
    • Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
    • Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
    • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Multitasking and organizational skills
    • Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
    • Ability to share work among a customer service team
    • Attentiveness and patience

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $38000- $48000 per year
