We are seeking a compassionate and visionary Clinic Director to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. The Clinic Director (CD) is not just a leader but a beacon of hope, deeply committed to providing both guidance and inspiration to those seeking mental health support. This individual is responsible for the overall performance and operations of the clinic, ensuring it serves as a sanctuary of hope and healing.

Key Responsibilities

Empowering Staff: Oversee the hiring and training of therapists, nurturing a team that shares our vision of hope and healing. Ensure all staff members are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional care. Clinical Excellence: Provide clinical oversight, ensuring alignment with best practices and maintaining the highest standards of mental health care. Operational Management: Manage clinic operations, collaborate with the franchise owner, and meet fiscal goals. Develop strategies to enhance clinic efficiency and effectiveness. Community Engagement: Lead outreach initiatives, building strong relationships with referral partners and the community, fostering an environment where hope is a shared mission.

Required Skills and Abilities

Qualifications: Master’s Degree or higher in mental health discipline. Independent state-issued clinical practice license (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP). Leadership and Vision: Strong leadership skills, with a focus on problem-solving and strategic thinking. A passion for instilling hope and driving positive change in mental health care. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to connect and empathize with staff, patients, and community members. Organizational Excellence: Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and Electronic Health Record systems.

Reporting Structure

The Clinic Director reports directly to the Franchise Owner. All clinic therapists and administrative staff report to the Clinic Director.
