    Compensation: Estimated $60,000 - $105,000 annually based on experience.

    Ellie Mental Health is an exciting new mental health practice offering individual, couples, family, and group therapy via a hybrid of in person and tele-health services. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about providing quality mental health care and who want to thrive and succeed in a unique culture that emphasizes our core values of autonomy, flexibility, creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance, and determination.

    What Your Role Entails:

    Skills and comfort level in working with children ages 5-17 years old, in addition to adult clients

    Ability to engage and include parent(s) or guardians in child's treatment and planning

    Evaluating mental health diagnosis and implementing a treatment plan.

    Maintain ongoing documentation using company platforms and EHR.

    A caseload of 25 or more client sessions per week.

    Able to work late afternoon and evenings - working weekend days is encouraged

    Excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure effective and quality care.

    Utilizing your preferred clinical techniques to assist clients achieve and exceed goals

    Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, and community outreach as directed by the clinical director.

    Required Qualifications:

    Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.

    Must have one of the following licensed mental health professional credentials (LGPC, LCSW, LGPC, LCPC, LMFT, etc) in the state of Maryland.

    Maintaining professional licensure in accordance with your state licensing board

    Additional Skills:

    Knowledge of Play Therapy techniques

    A creative and innovative approach to mental health.

    Community involvement and engagement.

    General knowledge of Apple products, EHR, Telehealth, and other software platforms.
