As our Marketing & Outreach Community Liaison, you must have a passion for social media marketing and the ability to form relationships with our community referral partners. for creating strong relationships within referral partners in our community.
Marketing – Outreach Responsibilities include 5-7 hours per week:
On-line social media marketing using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google business platforms
Outreach activities including community events and social connection opportunities.
Growing and maintaining our St Peters’ referral base through meeting community businesses in the St Peters area.
Updating and maintaining our CRM – HubSpot.
Outpatient Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities include:
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community of St Peters.
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
Collect co-pays, deductibles, and self-pay clients.
Participate in Clinic group meetings and case load discussions.
Maintain a case load of minimum 25 clients per week.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience with Google business and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
A passion for marketing and referral outreach activities.
A Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
Fully licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) valid in the state of Missouri.
Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Preferred experience with adults for parenting, grief, trauma and substance use.
Preferred experience with EMDR and DBT.
Preferred experience in Family- Marital counseling.
Contracted with major insurance panels.
