    Job Description: Clinical Therapist - Ellie Mental Health in Burr Ridge, IL

    Required Qualifications and Skills:

    Master’s degree or doctoral degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university

    Active license to provide psychotherapy in the state of Illinois - LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist

    Relevant clinical experience, including traditional therapy sessions, diagnosis assessment, treatment plan development and review, and proper documentation

    Effective written and verbal communication skills

    Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients

    Timely completion and submission of service documentation and related documents

    Experience working with a diverse client base

    Proficiency in typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems

    Successful background check

    A GREAT sense of HUMOR :)

    Responsibilities:

    Maintain a weekly caseload

    Conduct mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans

    Complete ongoing documentation, diagnosis reviews, and treatment plan updates according to company policies

    Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with the team to address service gaps in the community

    Utilize industry-recognized interventions to help clients achieve their goals

    Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed

    Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions

    And other therapist-y responsibilities we might have missed but are equally vital to your role ;)

    Bonus Qualifications and Skills:

    Experience with diverse clinical presentations

    General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation

    A willingness to partner in building your practice through marketing and professional outreach

    Enthusiasm, motivation, and passion for your work!
