    Job Summary

    In the role of Healthcare Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving our sales and account management initiatives. Your responsibilities will include marketing and selling our diverse patient engagement and educational programs to both existing and potential clients, such as physician offices, specialty provider groups, and hospitals. This position requires effective use of CRM systems, conducting educational training, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure flawless integration and execution of sales strategies.

    Job Responsibilities

    Conduct sales activities including training, site surveys, and sales support to achieve business goals.

    Prospect new clients using various methods such as in-person visits, emails, and phone calls tailored to company needs.

    Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with physician offices and specialty groups within the designated area.

    Identify expansion opportunities and work closely with sales and implementation teams to ensure effective execution.

    Manage time efficiently to balance sales-related travel, presentations, and outreach activities.

    Utilize CRM systems to document all sales activities, manage onboarding cases, and track prospects.

    Remain knowledgeable about customer needs and competitors to stay ahead in the market by continuously researching medical industry trends.

    Enhance sales effectiveness using marketing materials designed for impact.

    Foster strong relationships with internal support teams to enhance business operations.

    Actively participate in and support regional and national sales meetings, as well as trade shows.

    Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree or substantial professional sales experience.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    Experience with CRM systems.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.

    Resourceful, adaptable, and quick to embrace new challenges.

    Displays confidence, professionalism, and the ability to interact diplomatically.

    Prior experience in healthcare sales is preferred.

    Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zoho.

    Knowledgeable about current healthcare industry trends and regulations.

    Flexible in adjusting to new demands and changing priorities.
