    We are looking to hire AWESOME Clinical Licensed Mental Health Therapists who love working with children & adolescents for our Ellie Mental Health Clinic in AVON, IN!

    Ellie Mental Health is an exciting new mental health practice offering individual, couples, family, and group therapy via a hybrid of in person and telehealth.     What your role entails:

    Evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing treatment plans.

    Maintaining updated documentation using company platforms and EHR.

    A minimum of 25 client sessions per week to a diverse population of clients (with the ability to see more clients if desired- you determine your salary!)

    Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.

    Passionate about #fillingthegap while working with children & adolescents.

    Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.

    Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.

    Community involvement and engagement.

    A sense of humor and desire to have fun in the workplace will certainly help as well!

    Required Qualifications

    Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university

    Candidates are required to have clinical licensure in the state of Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC)

    Experience with completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes

    Effective written and verbal communication skills

    Preferred experience with children, adolescents, teens, and adults.

    Preferred experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and schools.

    Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.

    Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

    Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner

    Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.

    Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of community resources and insurance billing

    General knowledge of Apple products, EHR, Telehealth, and other software platforms

    Ability to pass a background check.
