We're hiring at Summerville/North Charleston Ellie Mental Health. We are locally owned and operated. We are seeking licensed clinical counselors to join our team at our clinic near Trident Medical Center. Founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health, our vision is to value and support counselors, leading to improved and expanded access to quality care. Our office offers a team environment of authentic, caring, and energetic clinicians. This position offers full-time opportunities. Workdays and hours are flexible 6 days a week while offering a hybrid of telehealth and in-person services. Benefits include 2 hours of dictation weekly, 2 weeks PTO, 10 holidays, CEU stipend, paid licensure renewal, and alternating bi-weekly staff meetings and supervision (paid). Blue Cross Blue Shield Group Health Insurance. Pay is a combination of commission, base-pay, and benefits. It is influenced by licensure and experience, but generally ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Candidates should have unrestricted clinical licensure or be in the process of completing licensure (LMFT, LPC, LISW-CP, etc.);

Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes;

Effective written and verbal communication skills; and

Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
