    Ellie Mental Health (“Ellie”) is rapidly expanding across South Florida and we are seeking licensed mental health providers (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) to join our brand-new clinic serving Lake Worth, FL, and surrounding areas.     Ellie clinics are structured to remove many of the daily obstacles that get in the way of providing world-class mental health services.     The role will be primarily located in Lake Worth, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. We offer a blended service model with in-person and telehealth options. You’ll love working in our modern office environment designed with a warm vibe and community feel.

    Responsibilities include:

    · Comprehensive mental health assessments for the identification of psychological needs

    · Provide direct clinical services for clients (individuals, families, groups) utilizing evidenced-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, etc. to help clients achieve and exceed goals

    · Complete ongoing documentation of services provided that is consistent with professional standards and established clinical procedures.

    · Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community

    · Participate in an Integrated Care Model by coordinating services with collateral contact providers including but not limited to family members, medical personnel, school staff, and case managers as needed

    · Attend and participate in all clinical team meetings and trainings

    · Participate in community outreach and networking efforts to build relationships

    · Respond to communications and requests from Clinical Director in a reasonable & professional time frame

    · Full-Time clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 28 client visits per week; Part-Time clinicians available with minimum 12 client visits per week

    · Other duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications and Skills:

    · Candidates are required to have a master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university

    · Active clinical licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) in the State of Florida

    · Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families

    · Multicultural competence in mental health

    · Effective written and verbal communication skills

    · Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

    · Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)

    · Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels

    · Ability to speak Spanish is desirable, but not required
