    Position Description:

    The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Clinic Director in the oversight of quality of care provided and operations of the clinic. The Clinical Supervisor also provides treatment to the client base they are most comfortable with, based on their given specialty areas and treatment modalities. This role supports the Clinic Director and clinic staff, assists with staffing needs, provides resource support, and performs administrative oversight.

    The Clinical Supervisor will have a desire to lead and motivate clinical staff.     What we Expect from a Clinical Supervisor:

    Experience and Qualifications:

    Candidates are required to have an active clinical licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) in Massachusetts

    Candidates are required to have supervisory experience

    Candidates must have a desire to function as a part of a clinical team which includes: case consultation, peer to peer collaboration, social media marketing and promotion of Ellie values internally and eternally

    Candidates will have training and experience in evidence-based modalities such as: Trauma-informed Care, CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT

    Required experience with completing progress notes and treatment plans and overseeing clinical documentation

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to demonstrate, model and teach stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

    Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base

    Candidates will be comfortable with technology, ideally will have experience with Microsoft 365 and working with EMRs (Valant experience a plus)

    Responsibilities:

    Provide excellent care and supervision of clinical staff

    Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a diverse, inclusive, and dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in mental health services in our community

    Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy

    Participate in the strategic development of community partnerships, referral sources and overall community awareness

    Full-time benefit-eligible status, clinical supervisors must maintain a minimum of 25 sessions per week

    Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed

    Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

    Compensation Range: $81,000-$102,000 per year
