Mental Health Therapist (CSW, MFT, ACMHC)

Desired Experience and Qualifications for Pre-licensed Therapists:
Completed graduate program in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, marriage & family) and have or obtaining clinical licensure in Utah
Completed internship/prior work experience in a mental health setting
Prefer candidate be trained in one or more modalities, e.g., DBT, CBT, Play therapy, EMDR, or ERP exposure therapy
Have a general working knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and prior experience with clinical documentation
Responsibilities Include:
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
For full-time status, clinicians must maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits per week (averaged over a month)
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session (supervised by the clinic director)
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings, including supervision and at least 1x monthly group consultation
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Our pre-licensed therapists are highly compensated (i.e., commission, paid administrative time, free supervision, paid time off/holidays). They also have the flexibility to set their own schedule, manage their own caseload at a comfortable level, and focus their efforts on the specialties and populations they are most interested in – all within a warm and inviting office.
