    About the Role:

    In this highly rewarding position, your key responsibilities will include:

    Leadership: Oversee the performance and operation of a clinic with 10-15 professional outpatient therapists.

    Recruitment: Lead recruiting and hiring fantastic, unique, and fun-loving clinicians who align with our values.

    Management: Ensure clinic performance and client satisfaction through effective management and support.

    Training: Provide ongoing developmental support and training to our therapists, Mental Health Practitioners and Professionals.

    Supervision: Offer supervision to pre-licensed therapists, guiding their professional growth and ensuring quality care.

    Marketing and Outreach: Promote our clinical services and build strong community partnerships and referral networks.

    Client Care: Enjoy full reign over your client census—decide if you want to carry a client caseload and determine its size based on your preferences and availability.

    Required Skills/Abilities

    Master’s Degree or higher education in mental health discipline

    Independently licensed with an Illinois-issued clinical practice license (e.g., LCP, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT)

    Leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets

    Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures

    Superb time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

    Ability to function well in a high-paced and challenging environment

    Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications

    Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems

    Ultimately, we are seeking a team leader who is entrepreneurial, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow with our dynamic team.

    As the Clinic Director, you will be an active leader in the business and will be generously compensated with a base salary, commission from your own caseload, plus performance bonuses. Compensation Range is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year depending on experience, years of practice, and clinic performance.
