Responsibilities include:
Conduct assessments, which may include a mental health diagnosis, develop and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
Being kind to your coworkers and playing a role in maintaining a peaceful work environment

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
Candidates should have their associate/provisional license at a minimum and clinicians with independent licensure are strongly encouraged to apply (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
Required experience with assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
Current or previous credentialing with insurance panels is preferable but not required
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Preferred that candidates have a fully licensed mental health professional with a valid North Carolina License.
Preferred experience with couples and families
Preferred experience with children, adolescents and teens
Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.

What else you should know:
This position is located in Charlotte, NC (Southpark Area) with an expected start date of May 2023
Our clinic will offer in person and telehealth options to clients
This position will be under the direction of the Clinic Director
Salary range is approximately 75,000-95,000 per year and is contingent on licensure and experience
