Job Title: Social Worker/Clinician
Status: Full Time

Here’s what we expect from our clinicians:
0.5 of position is for FE-IOP program and 0.5 of position is providing outpatient therapy.
Responsible for facilitation of First Episode Psychosis IOP (FE-IOP) program Skills group.
Assist with social work needs of an SPMI population in FE-IOP.
Care coordination for FE-IOP clients to ensure continuity of care.
Assist clients with paperwork (FMLA, insurance, housing, commitment, and Jarvis orders, etc.)
Provide 10-15 outpatient therapy sessions per week.
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per guidelines.
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed to maximize client success.
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Complete all 245i training requirements.

What you should be able to bring to the table:
Master’s degree in social work required.
Have or be pursuing, clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP etc.)
Experience working in the mental health field.
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
Capability to complete and submit documentation of services provided and all other required documents in a timely manner.
Comfort and familiarity working authentically with a SPMI client base.
Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems.
