Adult Depression IOP is located in the IOP Specialty clinic in Woodbury, Minnesota. It is a 8-9 week intensive outpatient program for adults experiencing depression symptoms and are needing more support than traditional outpatient therapy. The program is 3 hours per day, 4 days per week and focuses on reducing depression symptoms, psychoeducation, and skill building. The Depression IOP Therapist assists in facilitating individual and group therapy sessions for IOP. 12 hours per week are dedicated to Depression IOP and the remainder of the hours are to provide outpatient therapy sessions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Facilitate 6-7 Depression IOP groups per week
Provide individual therapy sessions for Depression IOP clients
Provide intake/orientations for Depression IOP clients, as needed
Provide milieu management during IOP groups
Participate in 1 Depression IOP team meeting/consultation per week
Maintain an outpatient caseload of 15-18 client visits per week
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per guidelines
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, as needed to maximize client success
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
Complete all 245i training requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:
A master’s degree in a behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited university
Have or be in process of obtaining clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP etc.)
Experience with facilitating group therapy or IOP services, IOP programming experience, preferred
Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
Effective communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Capability to complete and submit documentation of services provided and all other required documents in a timely manner
Comfort and familiarity working authentically with a diverse client base
Proficient in the use of typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems
Ability to pass a background check
