    Here’s what we expect from this role:

    The Client Access Specialists at Ellie Mental Health acts as the “gate keepers” to the organization. Our CATs (Client Access Teams) play an absolutely critical role in the satisfaction of our clients, which is what the success of our business depends on! It is the Client Access Specialist’s role to provide an exceptional first impression of Ellie Mental Health in all interactions by exhibiting fantastic customer service and ensuring that potential clients are scheduled for appropriate services based on the best fit for their individual needs. While the priority of this role is definitely client access and scheduling, we are a full-service contact center and will also answer other incoming calls as well as make outbound calls to clients. In addition, Client Access Specialists can expect to receive and reply to records requests, review paperwork for completion, send telehealth links, manage the Info@ellie mailbox, send and receive faxes, manage wait lists, and may be asked to attend to other administrative duties as assigned. Lastly, we require all of our Ellie fam to adhere to our core values of creativity, authenticity, compassion, humor, acceptance, and determination.

    Hours are Monday – Friday in the following CST time slots:

    7:00am – 3:30pm

    8:30am – 5:00pm

    10:30am – 7:00pm

    This role will:

    Answer up to 50 incoming calls per day as well as make outgoing calls

    Follow up on online referral submissions

    Manage the general info Inbox at Ellie

    Respond to a ticketing workbench in a timely manner

    Reply to faxes and requests, and review paperwork

    Follow-up on scheduling and other questions and concerns

    Collaborate throughout the organization on projects as assigned

    Experience working in electronic health records is a plus (Valant)

    Experience working in a call center is preferred

    Experience working in mental health or healthcare is also awesome
