    Position Summary

    The Psychologist role at Ellie Mental Health is responsible for performing all psychological evaluations and assessments for adults, and for executing all processes and projects necessary to support the Assessment Clinic team.Location: HybridFull-Time

    Essential Duties

    Provide psychological evaluations for adults, including:

    Select and conduct initial diagnostic assessments

    Administer, score, and interpret psychological assessments

    Write comprehensive reports of test results

    Provide feedback in a timely manner

    Completion of 4+ assessments per week in order to maintain full-time status

    Interact with clients to assist them in gaining insight, defining goals, and planning action to achieve effective personal, social, educational, or vocational development and adjustment

    Refer clients to specialists, institutions, and/or support services as necessary

    Consult with or provide consultation to other therapists or clinicians regarding client care

    Qualifications

    Candidates will be best suited for this position of they have experience with evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder

    Minnesota license or license-eligible psychologist

    Doctorate degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited program with appropriate clinical training

    Successful completion of Post Doctorate training hours

    Comfort and familiarity working authentically with a diverse client base
