Ellie Mental Health is a growing mental health and wellness agency in Winston Salem serving the entire Triad area. Ellie Mental Health is excited to welcome new therapists to our Winston Salem clinic!

Responsibilities and Duties

Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy

For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week

Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community

Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals

Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol

Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed

Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

Complete all Rule 29 training requirements

· Other duties may be assigned that are meaningful and important to your role as a therapist and asset to Ellie Mental Health

Required Qualifications and Skills

Active and unrestricted license issued by a North Carolina Professional Board (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPA, etc.) OR have a masters’ degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields and be 75% near attaining full clinical licensure (LMFT, LCMHC, LCSW, etc.)

Required experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base

Proficient in the use of typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems

Flexible with providing therapy in office and via telehealth

Compensation:

$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year commensurate on experience and licensure
