As an Ellie Mental Health therapist at our new locally owned and operated outpatient clinic in Rochester, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

Responsibilities include:
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Provide services like individual, group, and/or family therapy
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Provide great customer service by working at least 1 weeknight and/or Saturday or Sunday
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Must have a master’s degree in social work from an accredited college or university
Candidates must have NYS clinical licensure (LMSC, LCSW, LCSW-R)
Experience with completing evaluations, treatment plans and clinical case notes
Passion for topics such as, but not limited to:
Trauma focuses (i.e. EMDR)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
BIPOC population
Humanistic therapy (strength-based, individualized, client-focused)
Gender identity and sexual orientation
Play therapy, art therapy, musical therapy
PTSD
Group therapy
Couples therapy
Psychotherapy
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant)
Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels
