Would you like to get in on the ground floor of a brand-new clinical concept? Ellie Mental Health is expanding to your area and we are looking for a licensed therapist with a business mindset to assist in all manner of operations. Ellie is bringing a new approach to providing outpatient therapy and you would help bring this concept to Waco. We’re looking for someone who is eager to contribute to hiring, marketing, outreach and the ongoing management of the clinic. · Implementing applicable policies and procedures to adhere to corporate guidelines
Qualifications
· Master’s Degree or higher education in mental health discipline
· Independently licensed with a State of Texas-issued clinical practice license
· Board Certified Supervisor designation a plus
· Ideal candidate will be credentialed with a variety of providers · Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice. · Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment.
· Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.
· Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems.
Salary and Perks
· Compensation package to include base salary plus commission, with opportunity to earn periodic bonuses
· Paid vacation and holidays, including your birthday
· Paid time for required annual CEU training with access to Ellie’s CEU library
· Assist in the creation of the overall benefits package
· Compensation $85,000 - $100,000
